th June, 2019, Dallas, US – Mastek Ltd, a leading enterprise digital transformation provider today
announced the appointment of Raman Sapra as President, Mastek Americas. He will join the
Mastek Executive Committee and will be responsible for driving growth in the US market which
Mastek re-entered two years ago via the acquisition of TAISTech Inc. Raman will be based out of
Mastek’s America’s HQ in Dallas.
Commenting on the appointment Mastek Group CEO John Owen said, “We have been strengthening

Raman joins from Sasken Technologies where he was Executive Vice-President and General
Manager, Digital Services. Previous to this he held senior positions at Dell Services and Wipro and
has a proven track record building large scale businesses with tier one customers. Commenting on
