Shreyas Shipping & Logistics is currently trading at Rs. 474.30, up by 8.30 points or 1.78% from its previous closing of Rs. 466.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 461.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 480.00 and Rs. 461.10 respectively. So far 535 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 645.00 on 12-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 292.00 on 11-Aug-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 503.90 and Rs. 455.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1037.05 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.25%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.73% and 25.02% respectively.

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics has proposed to raise funds by availing working capital facility from ICICI Bank. The Board of Directors at their meeting held on June 26, 2018, proposed the same.

Shreyas Shipping & Logistics was formed primarily to own and operate vessels for feedering of containers between Indian Ports and Internationally renowned container transshipment ports.
